The Faces Behind the Work
Randy Brown
Mr. Brown comes from a 30-year career in manufacturing and operations. He has been a plant manager, COO, and Chief of Product services. He has worked in Energy, Aerospace and Residential construction industries. Mr. Brown holds a real estate license and owns a residential real estate rental portfolio. Mr. Brown has been responsible for overseeing an organization responsible for construction and warranty of over 60 luxury homes and was owner of a business that delivered several modular homes. Mr. Brown has personally led multiple renovation projects of single-family homes, and he has developed a solid relationship base in the local market.
During his career, Randy had the opportunity to live in New York, South Carolina, and Arizona where he was learned about the differences in real estate markets. In these locations he led teams in publicly traded OEMs with leading edge technology products (Nuclear steam turbines and generators, hydrogen fuel cells and electrolyzers, business jets). This formed his foundational appreciation for People, Process, and Product.
Prior to his working career Randy Brown attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. He also graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a master’s in business administration. Randy’s analytical skills bring a unique insight into how to identify market opportunities and make solid financial decisions when engaging in business.
Randy Brown lives in Bluffton with his wife (Anne) and sons Connor (18) and Ryan (16). He spends his free time exercising, golfing, and traveling with the family.
Ryan DuBois
Mr. DuBois has been an entrepreneur, a consultant, an operations leader, a plant manager, director of manufacturing and he has led the startup and operation of 4 Quartz manufacturing plants. Mr. DuBois holds a residential real estate license and rental properties. He also has extensive experience in renovations, constructing outdoor living spaces, and he has developed relationships with contractors, business owners, and homeowners in the residential and commercial space.
His expertise spans quartz and natural stone fabrication, turnaround operations, manufacturing, and business development. Along the way, Ryan also built a successful real estate portfolio by acquiring, renovating, and managing residential properties, demonstrating his entrepreneurial vision and financial acumen.
Ryan’s career journey has taken him across the country, living in Upstate New York, Nashville,TN, Houston, TX, Richmond Hill, GA, and now enjoying life in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area of South Carolina. These experiences have given him valuable insight into diverse markets, industries, and cultures. His ability to identify market opportunities, streamline processes, and foster innovation has earned him a reputation as a dynamic and results-oriented leader.
Ryan lives in Bluffton with his wife, four children, two grandchildren (with another on the way!), and enjoys spending his free time running, reading, hiking with the fam, strategizing, and traveling/ downtime with his family and especially homemade “pizza night” at home.
Throughout his career, Ryan has been a transformative leader, helping businesses across industries achieve operational excellence and sustained growth. With a “let’s go!” mindset, he remains focused on making a meaningful impact, helping businesses achieve sustainable growth, and fostering cultures of excellence. A dedicated endurance athlete and community advocate, Ryan uses his passion for running to support causes on local, national, and global scales. Whether training for an endurance event or mentoring others, he draws powerful parallels between endurance athletics and business leadership to inspire performance and resilience.
